Due to the grounds being too wet tonight's training 04.02.16 will be at the Uni Hockey field as follows:

Players to arrive at 06.30pm for a 06.45pm start.

Training will be 07.00pm to 08.00pm.

VERY IMPORTANT RE: FOOTWEAR - players need grass sports e.g. Touch footy style boots, mini- studded boots or 'grippy' joggers. No screw-ins.

If it is 'dry' good quality joggers will be fine, if 'wet' multi/mini studs are best.

Training will be technical/game based only, NO running, sprints or activities that are non-ball related

i.e. It's not a fitness session.
